hi,

I was trying to modified the node edit form on my website with Panels 3, but on the selection rules page, I wasn't able to choose a node content type. The option wasn't in the list (see attached file).

I'm using Panels 7.x-3.0-alpha3 and Ctools 7.x-1.0-rc1

The problem was solved by using the previous version of Ctools : 7.x-1.0-beta1

Looks odd. Really sounds like it belongs in Ctools however.
@nicolasM Please try with the latest dev aswell and report back. :)

I had the same problem: no node type selection was available for panel variants. (cTools 7.x RC1)
An update of cTools to the latest dev version solved this problem.
