We have a weird issue with Drupal 6.22 install running on Linux 10.4/Apache/MySQL stack that is throwing this error pretty much anytime we hit a save button in any admin page. The data is updated in the database but the user only sees a flash message the settings/data has been saved and a cached version of the page with the old data. We've turned off all caching, cleared the cache via drush and the performance admin page but still nothing works unless I manually truncate the cache tables in MySQL.
Here's the error we're seeing repeatedly
Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 401 of 517 bytes in _ctools_export_unpack_object() (line 601 of sites/all/modules/contrib/ctools/includes/export.inc).
has anybody else ran into this?
