shunshifu commentedthe strangest thing. I switched to the other color schemes that come with the theme and on some pages of the site it holds onto the grey theme. Some pages it shows properly and ohter not. I've cleared the registry and the cache.
Wierd!!!

ajross commentedYou might need to enable the "Optimize CSS files" settingfor your site. (admin/settings/performance) IE ignores all stylesheets after the first 30, so if you have pages with a lot of module-specific stylesheets being loaded, it is possible the stylesheet for the color scheme is not included and it is just getting the styles from the main stylesheet (cti-flex.css), which would give the grey default design.

ajross commented#4 - This is already mentioned in the features listing on the main theme page: "Some CSS3 used for round corners. Degrades nicely to square corners in IE and older browsers."
