Problem/Motivation

When creating a Relationship Type, there is no way to configure whether it should have start/end dates as required/optional/hidden. (it is possible to later hide them via manage form display)

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Provide a configurable option on the Relationship Type add/edit form for each of start date and end date. If set to hidden, field should not appear when managing the form display.
