When LoadCSS and csspreload are not detected, the configuration page notes this and attempts to link to the two files. However, they both link to the same LoadCSS file. I had to go out searching for csspreload on my own.

Thanks @revoltpuppy for opening an issue.

Anyway, I have changed the way LoadCSS and csspreload are loaded, so no need to download them manually. Thus, I have deleted that message from the config page. I will release a new version with that fix in a few days, when I finish some other pending issues.
