List Crawl Control Views settings state on the settings page

Problem/Motivation

On the settings page of crawl control I'd vote to present a list of all views and their crawl control setting to get an easy overview where crawl control

• Uses the default
• Is explicitly enabled
• Is explicitly disabled

Maybe this should go into a details element - collapsed by default - to not consume too much space or a subpage?
