ELMSLN: Central Person Registry (CPR) is a distribution geared around the storage and management of lightweight profile data about all users in the system. This distribution acts as a controlling brain when we need to answer questions about who someone is or what their needs are. It can be used (for example) in the media system to figure out who to deliver a more accessible media format to based on self identification of preferring more accessible forms of media.
