Problem/Motivation

Convene is using the site_template_helper which is not listed in package manager settings. This makes installing modules impossible from the UI.

Steps to reproduce

Install Convene site template on ddev and try installing modules from UI.

Proposed resolution

Add site_template_helper to package manager settings.
