And 'contextual_forms.modules.inc' is not a good name in drupal way, you can just name as contextual_forms.inc

All of the documentation is in contextual_forms.api.php, but I'll consider adding in a little more details in the README.txt, thanks. Oh, and contextual_forms.modules.inc is completely experimental, and might not even exist in future releases.
