I just published a new Context reaction plugin - Context Reaction: Primary Links which lets you alter the source of the Primary Links and Secondary links menus as a context reaction. Quite useful in conjunction with context based theme switching so that different themes for different parts of the site can have different primary and secondary links menus.

Perhaps you could add it to the list on your project page.

Sounds like it could jive nicely with a condition I just released -- http://drupal.org/project/context_var

I'll be sure to check it out as I think I might have a use-case for that.
