Problem/Motivation
The configuration schema for the HTTP Status Codes visibility condition on blocks is missing.
Steps to reproduce
1) Install this module
2) Create a block, and select the block to be visible for at least one of the HTTP status codes (200, 403, 404) to force this configuration to exist in your instance
3) Install the Configuration Inspector module.
4) Visit the configuration inspection page at /admin/reports/config-inspector
5) Note that there is an error for the block created in step 2. Click 'List' for this block, and it shows that the HTTP Status Codes is missing the schema.
Proposed resolution
Define the schema.
