This issue can be closed. I found in README file, works! Thanks.

If the content type having image fields, upload all the images in public://content_type/images/ folder before importing the CSV file(IMCE module will be helpful for this)

Put the image name in the respective image column.

Ok, images are imported? But how import alt and titles in multi-value image fields?

Same problem that VasyOK, possibility to import multiple images would be good.

Our images go into special dynamic paths (using the Tokens module i believe) in our public folder, like based on the date or node's nid. Can these be covered by this module?
