Using content taxonomy for user profiles, want to make terms clickable

Hi, I am using content taxonomy fields for my user profiles so they can enter data for things such as their favorite sports. Here's an example for two users -

User - John
Favorite Sports: Soccer, Tennis

User - Micheal
Favorite Sports: Darts, Soccer

I would like to make the data that gets entered in the the Favorite Sports content taxonomy field be clickable, as with regular taxonomy terms. So that if a user clicked Soccer on either John or Michael's profile it would return a list of all users that had soccer as one of their favorite sports. Can this be done?
