The Help Text (Instructions to present to the user...) does not show up when using Activeselect.
Changing widget to Select List brings the Help Text back. (Active Select 5.x-1.0)

Cleanup of old issues. According to maintainer: "active development is only done for the 6.x branch! 5.x is not supported any more".
Open a new issue if problem still exist.
