add a new option in the widget form to chose a vocabulary.

Hello.

I used to work with features, and sometimes when you build a feature people can not use it because they have a different vid in their tables.

Should be great to let the settings form to choose from the vocabulary list or let ask for a variable (variable_get) to retrieve the vid.
