hi
i updated from D6 to D7 and some update functions cues to delete my CT(content taxonomy) fields
i made "term reference field" but i can't find any way to copy taxonomy information from tanoxomy_index(taxonomy data table in DB) to field_data_taxonomy_* (Term reference table in DB)

how can i import node taxonomy information from taxonomy module to term reference fields?

From the CT project page, it sounds as though there is a migration module you should use.
