This problem be the same problem as the following, which occurs with D8.3.7

The specifics of the error are:


Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\LogicException: Service 'logger.cslog' for consumer 'logger.factory' does not implement Psr\Log\LoggerInterface. in Drupal\Core\DependencyInjection\Compiler\TaggedHandlersPass->process() (line 126 of {site}/core/lib/Drupal/Core/DependencyInjection/Compiler/TaggedHandlersPass.php).
