content sync - attempt to enable produces WSOD fatal error

1. Installed code for this module using the composer utility.
2. Attempted to enable at /admin/modules
3. white screen of death response.
4. Checked error log and found the following error:

Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\LogicException: Service 'logger.cslog' for consumer 'logger.factory' does not implement Psr\Log\LoggerInterface. in Drupal\Core\DependencyInjection\Compiler\TaggedHandlersPass->process() (line 126 of {site}/core/lib/Drupal/Core/DependencyInjection/Compiler/TaggedHandlersPass.php).
