content_first ^2.2 cannot be installed on Drupal 10

Problem/Motivation

Since 2.2.0, content_first has a runtime dependency on drupal/entity_registry:^1.0. The module still declares Drupal 10 support, but every published release of entity_registry requires drupal/core:^11. As a result the module is not installable on Drupal 10.
