Grant access for Content First audit pages with a specific permission

Problem/Motivation

Users with the 'View content_first content' permission, or a new specific one, must be able to access the content first audit pages:

• /node/{id}/content-first/audit
• /admin/reports/content-first-audit
• /admin/reports/content-first
