not possible to delete node, even when permission granted

if i grant permission to delete node but grant no premission to edit it, user cannot delete node, since delete button is on edit page. If i grant access to administer section in drupal permission section, user can access delete button there, but of course can edit node contents as well.

I was looking for a way to grant user group privilegy to edit ONE language nodes only.
