I am facing one issue with this module. Whenever node gets added into the site, its not visible for user. For this I have to rebuild content access permission every time for that particular content type. is there any way to do this automatically? or using cron?

This shouldn't work that way; sounds as if there is a conflict with another module or setting.

What is your setup? Can you replicate the issue on a clean install?

I am facing the same issue.
New user with role X creates node of type C successfully. As content author, user is entitled to view/update/delete this content type. Same user goes to create node of type T, containing entity reference field to nodes of type C. User cannot see the newly created C node until permissions are re-built.
