options for rules integration

Hi,
sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, might be a feature request for the rules module, or for both this and rules...

with a rule along these lines:
trigger: new content is saved
condition: certain content-type
action: grant permissions per role

I can only choose a 'fixed' option. But if I wanted to grant the same permissions everytime new content of this type is created, I could just set the permissions for this type without a rule.

I'd love to be able to grant permission depending on some field data of the node.

Would that be possible in any way?
