i enabled this module, and all settings went pretty easy. When I came to the forum node I wanted to allow a particular user role to be able to see, i clicked the access control tab, and got this message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function condition() on a non-object in Sitename/sites/all/modules/acl/acl.module on line 161

As soon as I accessed a node and apply restrictions via the access control tab I received exactly the same thing.
