Under https://www.drupal.org/association/programs there is a link to the
​Drupal Organization Membership Program (https://www.drupal.org/association/organization-membership).
This link resolved into a permission denied.

Steps to reproduce

go to https://www.drupal.org/association/programs click the first link on the page.

Proposed resolution

make the page again accessible for everyone.

Remaining tasks

check why the Link is not accessible anymore and why the permission changed.

The old 'organization members' program is being wound down, in favor of either the full DCP program, or (especially for non-agency supporters) the Sustaining Members Program.

I will fix the link and redirect the old url.
