I clicked save because I thought I could control publish/unpublished status, but it seems I can't. Because there's almost no content it's ok if it's deleted. I don't know if unpublished I'll be able to publish when it's ready.

I deleted it, sinche I think the case study would not have been editable from you once unpublished.
