Can you please make sure all the employees have listed your company in their profile. This would automatically list all employees in your organization page. Please elaborate more on Drupal Contributions. Once it's done then please change the issue status from Needs Work to Needs Review.

The moderating marketplace guidelines for service listings state:

If there is no response to the update request in more than 4 weeks, the organization should be removed from the Marketplace or the listing request issue closed.
