According to the Marketplace guidelines, "companies" that provide Drupal-related services can request to be added to the Marketplace. I don't think this listing meets those guidelines as it is basically a user group. If this request was initiated as a result of creating multiple organizations that can be associated with a Drupal community member, the organization does not need to be listed in the Marketplace for that purpose. Just creating the organization node will be enough to provide the link on the individual profile.
