Alex Malkov is a long-time member of the Drupal community who's contributed in many valuable ways to helping organize and execute Drupal events in the Saint-Peterburg area and beyond. I support adding his company to the Marketplace as a Drupal service provider.

Alex is undoubtedly a well-known person in Russian Drupal community, who has organized many community meetings, sponsored local camps and actively participated in important community discussions and developments.

One of his main achievements is that his efforts helped Russian Drupal service providers and active individuals to setup a communication channel between them and begin to engage in a constructive dialogue. Now some companies from the list including Alex's own company collaborate on common projects, share information, support events of each other and join forces in promoting Drupal in the country. This is what I call an association.

To sum up, Alex and his company definitely deserve to be on the list.

+1 and listed.
