I would suggest you remove the sentence in the profile about your Association membership. Once you get it straightened out, the badge will appear on the profile. Over than that, I give my +1 for adding you to Featured Providers. Do you participate in the /drupalgive initiative? if not, we encourage Featured Providers to participate in it.

Great contributions, but the description seems overly long. I would prefer if it were more focused. Things (amongst others) I would suggest stripping:

"Here are the d.org IDs for a number of members of our team, both past and present: [URLs]" (clutter, unlikely people are going to click on them)
"From day one, even with very little money in the coffers, we knew supporting the drupal community was vital. "
"We're just entering into our third month and so far have averaged about 20 people but hope to double that soon:" (this will be outdated soon)

People will skim, best to make your words count!

I'm def in favor of promoting to featured once this is more streamlined.

Thanks for the review.

I've edited it, taking into consideration your feedback. I adjusted the time relevant references, took out all the profile IDs and adjusted some of the sentences and cut some out fully to shorten it further.

I'm no copywriter but hopefully that makes it read better :)
