I upgraded from 5.x-1.8 to 5.x-1.11 and my additional information stopped showing in my contact forms. Instead the default message showed up -- "You can send !category a message using the contact form below." !category was correctly being replaced with the proper category.

I down-graded back to 5.x-1.8 and the problem went away.

Thanks for letting me know. When I was updating this module to version 6 I some problems updating the CVS and was over writing 6 with 5 and vice versa and then when I sorted that mess out I went backwards a few versions. I will look at it all again and see if I can straighten it all out. Sorry for the hassle.
