For non-literal object values, all object URIs should have the same small link button that appears after the object URIS in search results that allows a direct, non-local hyperlink to the URI of the resource. This is in addition to the 'local' hyperlink supplied for the non-literal itself.

For browse & search resultsets of the structSearch and structBrowse modules, this has to be implemented in the display.php file from each module.

Also note that this display.php is how you can (currently) skin these resultsets depending on the resultset, and the records returned. (this is the "template" file for Search and Browse resultsets.
