Release notes
This is the first stable release of Config Overlay!
It provides compatibility with Drupal 10 and requires at least Drupal 9.5. It contains no other functional changes.
Unfortunately this release is still incompatible with Config Split and this will not be fixed in the 8.x-1.x release series.
Instead this stable release kicks of the development of an upcoming 2.0 release which will utilize the Config Storage Transformer API. That means Config Filter will no longer be a dependency and building on that, Config Split integration will be fixed.
