I get a JS error message from this module after install and before I place in a custom message on this page, admin/config/user-interface/conditional-message.

I have to reinstall to get the actual error.

Looks like the js script require default settings which are not exist
@SocialNicheGuru - you may fix it by submitting a form on module configuration page(admin/config/user-interface/conditional-message). Just submit it and error will disrepair

by the way - I attach a patch for adding configuration by default while installing module and a little fix for removing debug functions from js script. If you have already enabled module - you should reinstall it after applying the patch
