I get the following message during uninstalling this module:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function content_types() in /drupal/sites/all/modules/conditional_fields/conditional_fields.module on line 53

cannot successfully uninstall the module.

My mistake, cannot uninstall before cck module being uninstall.
I tried to uninstall after enable cck module, it works.
