Conditional fields seems to not load javascript when used in conjunction the multigroup module or dependant field module

Compatibility issues with other modules will be addressed after version 1.0 of Conditional Fields is out. It might take a while, but please understand that first we have to make all basic functionality work perfectly.

Perhaps instead of linking the documentation page to the README.txt, we should make a handbook page with a subsection for integrated modules and issues corresponding to others that are in the works.
