ConditionalFieldsFormHelper::dependentValidate() assumes #access is a boolean

This code assumes #access is always true or false: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/conditional_fields/-/blob/48be41ced2f...
But it can also be an AccessResultInterface object. In that case the object will be evaluated as true.
