The visibility of the help text (description) for a conditionally visible fieldset isn't toggled with the field it belongs to. Visibility toggling works fine for a label (for a single-value field).

The issue *should* be resolved, at least with multiple text fields enclosed in fieldsets. Please test using the in cvs (DRUPAL-5 branch).
