As a Commons user, I want it to be clear where I'm sharing content to and with when I share in one of three Activity streams

In usability testing, 4 out of 4 testers expressed confusion about where their comments were going to be posted (and who could see them) when they typed into the main Activity stream, group activity stream, and person activity stream.

Comments include
- "Is it automatically available to everyone?"
- "I'm not sure who I'll be sharing this with so it's questionable whether I'd actually use this"
