The Commerce Zones module enables you to create territorial groupings based on
countries, subdivisions, and postal codes.
- The UI is built on top of the existing Address module address_zone widget.
- Zone's are config entitites
- Commerce condition plugin based on billing and shipping address
- Can be used for any Commerce entity which supports conditions
- Does not handle tax zones
