Put Commerce Checkout in dependencies

Problem/Motivation

When I try install Commerce Stripe: Payment Request Button, I receive the error message:

Unable to install Commerce Stripe - payment request button due to unmet dependencies: commerce_checkout.commerce_checkout_flow.commerce_stripe_payment_request_button (commerce_checkout)

I think that if the Commerce Checkout module should be in the dependencies, cause if this module is not enabled, it should be enabled automatic.

Drupal version: 8.9.16

Steps to reproduce

Install the Commerce Stripe: Payment Request Button without Commerce Checkout module install.
