Tests are broken on master. Probably because Stripe has changed the contents of the 3DS modal.

It now seems to involve an additional "acsFrame" iframe, and the currency is specified as "$9.99 USD" not just "$9.99".

I refactored the checkout tests to use a 3ds helper method, so problems could be finxed in a single central place.
