Add support for Packeta Home Delivery without opening a map

Problem/Motivation

Packeta now also supports delivery to address in a few countries according to the pricing document https://files.packeta.com/web/files/Kompletny_cennik_sluzieb_EN.pdf at "2. Delivery to an address (home delivery)".
In that case the map for selecting Z-BOX or Z-POINT should not be displayed.

Of course, we could add that as a Flat-Rate shipping method using Drupal Commerce's built-in option but then the package data submit using the Packeta API would not work with those. That's why it'd be great if we could set in the shipping method if it is for pickup point selection with a map or a simple home delivery to the provided address.
