Problem/Motivation

Logistra plugins use https://tracking.bring.com/tracking/%s tracking URL. It would be more convenient for Norwegian users to track parcels using https://sporing.bring.no/sporing/%s URL.

Proposed resolution

Edit TRACKING_URL constant in logistra plugins.
