Kickstart base recipes should register a site template

Problem/Motivation

Commerce Kickstart is one of the distributions that was among first to migrate to recipe-driven installation process. Since then the concept of site templates was introduced and following this concept template recipes should declare type: Site. We should align Kickstart as it basically adheres to all the rules to be called Site Template.
