Licences become invalid after the file is updated by admin

Hi,
It seems that licences for all clients don't work anymore when a new file is uploaded by the admin.
We see that in the order the licence can be updated, but if the file has 100s of customers this is very cumbersome.
Any way to batch update this? Or another clue?
