help! please see my screenshot.
the download count limit doesn't work correctly.
I don't know why.
Can anyone tell me how to find out the reason
thanks very much.
I'm unable to reproduce, please provide more informations about this.
Modules and theirs versions and more please.
Note: if the same file are purchased more than one once, all downloads requests are shared into all licenses for the same file. (donwload_limit = count_dl_limit_per_file x count_purchased_same_file)
Module info:
- Commerce File 2.0-beta3
- amazon s3 module 7.x-1.0
- AmazonS3 Filefieldsources module installed. Took this away in case it was this one causing issues. same behavior with or without it installed.
For me, behavior is when uploading to S3 and then purchasing.
I'm having same issue. Download limit set to 2. But the counter goes beyond it.
Also the counter works only when you download it while logged in with the user who bought it. If you set a permission to bypass license control for anonymous, everyone can download it and the counter doesn't even log it.
