Sales, customers and product discovery insights — inside Drupal Commerce.
Commerce Analytics provides a reporting dashboard for Drupal Commerce site owners, store managers and agencies. It brings together order, revenue, product and customer information in Drupal's administration interface so teams can understand performance, explore trends and track business goals.
The module is designed to support both single-store and multi-store installations, with clear reporting dates and currency handling. It uses a Gin-friendly administration interface while retaining Drupal's native permissions and forms.
Features
- Sales reporting: Revenue, orders, average order value, items sold, discounts, shipping, tax and refunds, with date filters and period comparisons.
- Customer analytics: Buying customers, new and returning buyers, repeat purchasing and first/last purchase dates where sufficient history exists.
- Product performance: Best-selling products and product-level sales, with category reporting when configured.
- Promotion analytics: Promotion usage, discounts and revenue associated with orders using promotions.
- Custom KPIs and goals: Define business targets by metric, store and reporting period, and monitor progress.
- Multi-store analytics: Compare store performance while keeping different currencies separate.
- Reports and exports: Explore detailed analytics and export supported reports to CSV.
Search API analytics
An optional Search API integration helps store owners understand what customers are searching for and where product discovery can be improved.
Features include:
- Popular search terms and search volumes.
- Searches returning zero results.
- Search trends and term performance.
- Result-click tracking where configured.
- Search tracking coverage and diagnostic information.
- Individual query details.
- Opportunities to improve search relevance and product availability.
Historical search data is collected from the point logging is enabled. Metrics requiring unavailable tracking are clearly distinguished from zero activity.
