Fix the profile copy element validate to support any submit button

This is related to #2871386: Add support for "Copy Profile" feature, the reason for the bug described there is because the profile copy doesn't react to the submit button that's added by the Commerce Avatax module.
Currently, we only support the "continue" button, but the Avatax module is making use of a different submit button "Validate address".
