Empty file seems to cause ajax errors. (modules/order/src/OrderBalanceFieldItemList.php) [#3611521]

Just flagging (in case anyone else stumbles across this.)

I hit an issue where most (but not all...) ajax requests were breaking (exploding head) due to a content length issue.

Despite various grepping I couldn't track down who had put some whitespace at the start of a file. Then I found this empty file.

For some reason this seems to have caused the problem. I would have though since it's empty no big deal! but apparently not!

adding <?php to the file resolved the issue. But looks like I can probably delete it based on
